Yes, we can perform the viewing on your behalf and, if allowed by the owner/agency, sending you video footage and our honest assessment so you don’t have to fly in for every listing.

Yes. While we handle the booking for this viewing service, negotiation or intermediation is available as a separate hourly service or as part of our “First Steps” pack.
Most viewings take 45–60 minutes. We charge an hourly rate that covers the coordination, the viewing itself, and the travel time to the location.
The package includes accompaniment for up to 5 property viewings. If your search requires a broader scope, you can easily transition to our flexible hourly rate at any time.
