We moved from Germany to Abruzzo in 2022 — and still made most of the mistakes these guides help you avoid.

Since 2025, we’ve been walking expats from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and other European countries through this exact process — helping expats navigate the paperwork, the property search, and everything in between.

These guides are that same knowledge, made available to anyone getting ready to make the move.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We feel very fortunate to have found Viviana and Sergio. From our very first contact, they were warm, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in understanding what we were looking for.

Because we are still in the U.S., we hired them to tour homes on our behalf, and they made the experience feel incredibly personal. They listened carefully to our priorities, noticed details that mattered to us, asked thoughtful questions, and shared honest impressions that helped us feel much more confident evaluating properties from thousands of miles away.

What really stood out was the combination of professionalism and genuine kindness. We never felt like just another client. They took the time to understand our plans and made us feel that they truly cared about helping us find the right home and make a successful move to Italy.

We are very grateful for their help and look forward to working with Viviana and Sergio again as we continue planning our relocation from the U.S. to Italy. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

Viviana was instrumental in our move from the US to Abruzzo, Italy. She handled everything with professionalism and care — from securing and registering our lease, chasing down every document and payment, to keeping us organized through the entire process. She was responsive, patient, and always one step ahead, catching details we would have missed.

Moving internationally is stressful, but Viviana made it feel effortless so far. If you're relocating to Italy, do yourself a favor and work with her — you will not regret it. Five stars isn't enough!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

Grazie Mille

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
